Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you want to return your items, as long as they are not damaged after delivery we are happy for items to be returned 14 days after delivery and offer a like for like replacement or refund, please note your initial delivery cost cannot be reimbursed.
If you believe any of our products to be of an unsatisfactory quality please contact us immediately.
If a product has a defect we will endeavour to replace, take the item away for repair or repair on site. A replacement will be made on final inspection if at all necessary. The original item will be removed.
Fair Trade Practices
We have personally visted all our non-Eu partners to ensure working conditions, and employee contracts, are to international standards, coupled with original certifications required to ensure the same.
We deal with various artisan co-ops & traditional manufacturers and each have slightly different policies but overall, the following is fairly standard:
- Healthcare is provided to all staff and their families
- No children are employed within the factories
- 10 Hour working days max with scheduled breaks ( Usually 8am - 7pm )
