Recycled Plastic Tray Basket
Handmade basket made with recycled plastic and straw. Recycled plastic is made of remelted recycled plastic with added pigment to give its vibrant yellow or elegant black and grey. Dried straw is harvested locally in Africa, dried, and then woven. Two handles of the tray allow easy transport for appetizers. These baskets were from a French company that has opened weaving schools for young girls in 14 villages across Senegal, employing more than 2,000 women. These high-quality baskets make an excellent gift for a friend or family member.
The tray has side handles for convenient carrying and serving. Looks great in the middle of a coffee table as a decorative piece as well. Keep in the kitchen for extra storage or bedroom to store makeup & accessories.
