Cornflower 2 Door Cabinet

This free-standing cabinet is the perfect addition to your living room or office. The upcycled furniture piece was handcrafted using an original Shekhawati door and reclaimed vintage wood.

These beautifully carved doors used to be part of a larger entrance that was decorated all over Shekhawati, Rajasthan. Shekhawati is an artistic and architectural hotspot in India. Shekhawati is known for its finely carved wooden doors, windows, and furnishings. Also, brass-plated geometric and floral carved doors, frames, and shutters.

This particular Shekhawati-carved door has embossed metal surrounding the Shekhawati door's frame, as well as a dazzling blue and green patina that had formed on the door as a result of being painted during festivals.

This cabinet is truly one of a kind and would lend an air of old-world charm to any space it was placed in. Would make a stunning small drinks cabinet in a modern apartment or a country cottage-style house.
