Organic Block Printed Rug
These exquisite rugs were woven by hand and block printed. The Bishnoi tribe uses 100 % organic cotton that has been overdyed with natural indigo. The rich blue would complement any interior space, adding a new depth and character to your living areas. Also suitable as a housewarming present.
Guru Maharai Jambaji founded the Bishnoi community in the western Thar desert in 1485. He understood the significance of trees to the ecosystem of his community. Consequently, the community is in perfect harmony with the local ecosystem. It is strictly forbidden to damage trees or animals. We are pleased to announce that we purchased the renowned Bishnoi carpet from the weaver directly. These high-quality, handcrafted carpets are a one-of-a-kind addition to your home.

Hand wash separately at 25 degrees. Due to the natural dyes, initial washings are likely to result in some colour transfer.
