John Ryan is one of Ireland's finest potters, having spent decades honing his craft in the country's top workshop and honing his abilities while travelling to places like Japan and the Middle East. With all of his expertise, education, and experience, John was able to open his own pottery studio. All of this has led to his 20-year-long career as a potter in Sligo.

He crafts pottery that is basic, authentic, well-made, and skilled. Staying loyal to the charm of the west of Ireland's roaming hills and huge countryside. The pottery is simple in colour and conveys the inherent beauty of working with clay.

A simple cork top is used to close the two shakers, giving them a charming and elegant appearance. Perfect shakers to add a little spice to your dinner time, and a lovely gift for a housewarming party. Would look great in any room and would go well with any other table decor, such as mats and coasters, as well.
